Check-in starting at 5 p.m., ending at 9 p.m. / Check-out no later than 10 a.m.

Included services:
- air conditioning (hot/cold);
- riassetto giornaliero;
- Bed and bathroom linen (with change every 3 days - for different requests a supplement will be applied);
Courtesy kit;
- Free Wi-Fi in common areas;
- Daily breakfast;
- Parking pass (for blue-striped areas nearby) or, alternatively, open parking spot (24 hours; 3€/day).

Kitchenette (only in Room 2): 10€ per day. To be left clean on departure (otherwise you will be charged 20€);

“One more person” discounts:
- 0/3 years old: free overnight stay (in parents’ bed)
- Over 65 years old: 10% discount;
- Pets: pets are not allowed.

BOOKING METHODS:
payment of the minimum amount of 30% of the total room price to be carried out via postal order or bank transfer; full balance on arrival or, possibly, one week before the arrival via bank transfer or postal money order.

The payment of the stay can be carried out with bank account cheque, cash and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).

Cancellation Policies: the deposit payed by the time of the booking process will be considered as a penalty in case of non-arrival or cancellation. This deposit, which is at the discretion of the direction (unless missing availability), shall be considered valid for stays over different periods within the accommodation offers made by “Otranto Vacanza Facile”.

Local tourist tax: the payment of the tourist tax is required. The amount needed is 1€ per person (over 12 years old) for the first 7 nights of the stay and it must be payed on arrival; it is 1,50€ per person (over 12 years old) for the first 7 nights in July and August. A non-tax receipt will be delivered. It is noted that the tax may be subject to change by the City Council.
